Who is SideDoor?
Sidedoor is our online partner in merchandising, point of sale, product fulfillment, and customer service. Through Sidedoor, you can browse and purchase our carefully curated selection of Trade products- some of the very same products we use to fulfill trade orders for client projects. You'll also gain access to an incredible customer service team for any questions or concerns about your order.
What is the return/cancellation policy?
Due to the direct-shipment process, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges; however, if your item arrives damaged, please email customer service with a photograph of the damage, and Sidedoor will arrange for repairs or a replacement piece.
When will my items ship?
Sidedoor will email you directly about the status of your order and when your furniture ships. You will also receive a call from the freight carrier to schedule your delivery once it is ready.
How will my purchases be delivered?
All purchases include Threshold delivery right to your door. White Glove delivery is available at an additional cost and provides unpacking, delivery past the threshold, and assembly. To inquire about this service, please get in touch with Sidedoor directly.
Do you have other sizes, colors, etc?

The item I want is out of stock, can I still order it?
Absolutely! Orders can still be placed for back-ordered items. Reach out to us at sHOP@chouxdesigns.com, and we’ll assist you in placing your order.
